I order a product i.e. "Rockchip Ebook" from Ebay.on --> 12/12/2011
and That product I got was defective..
i.e. .Battery not charging.


I havn't use that product for a single day.
I called costomer-care 8-10 times.
and I ask for "MONEY-BACK" policy.

They told Mr. Kristin. will call U back and solve ur problem.
Almost "20-days" have past still no response from Ebay side.

Now days they are not responding also via. Telephone or Chat service.
