My name is Avishek Podder and I want to draw the attention of everyone on ebay's negligence and their seller's froude cases, I have won one New Blackberry Pearl 8120 Mobile Phone on 29th june on ebay's bid but till today I have not got the delivery of that item on my hand.
I have mailed several time to ebay and the seller (standard_enterprises), Ph.+91-8007-485458 to ask when they will deliver the item, on this note eday is saying, "after bidding they don't have any responsibility now this is up to the seller is he wants to business with you or not" and the seller is saying "I am just sending the item on Wednesday, on Friday, on Saturday" but the truth is I have not got the item on my hand till today. When ebay and seller said they will deliver the item within 15 days.
