we have purchaged 20 lakhs online sms pel softlabs pvt ltd., new delhi

but we have facing problem in sending sms.
i'm already inform many times in company, but they can'not take any action.

so i want to return money from company.
i'm fully unsatisfied from pel softlabs new delhi.

so plz resolve my problem ASAP.
