On 15 july 2010 i got a telemarketing call from india today book club(Living media india limited)that i have been selected out of five in india who will get sure short prizes worth Rs 100000/- but i have to make a ourchase and then they will open the box and whatever comes will be delivered.
I bought Samsung LCD(Booking ID 110079848)and Samsung Camcorder(Booking ID 110079866).For each corresponding buy i got two gold boxes(Gold vouchers )(Booking ID 110079851 & 110079867) worth Rs 200000/- and four watches of reebok respectively.For each gold box also they charged Rs 1196/- .I received my LCD and 8 reebok watches after 20 days.Till then it was Ok. But till now when it is one month over also i have not received the Samsung Camcorder and gold vouchers.
I tried to call up their customer care who were very rude and unprofessional in their approach to customers problem.They told me it is not updated on their system and i should come back after 2-3 days. Same reply i got thru mail also.i called up after 10 days and to my dismay the rep says the system still is not showung the purcahse booking ID and told me to get the authorisation code of credit card . I got the code which was 497314 dt 15 jul 2010. I called up again and this time their system was down. Since then i have been trying to call them but all in vain. The mail response alos remains the same that they regret the inconveince and it is not updated it will take some more time.In one of the call to customer care the rep told me that the product is out of stock so will take time but then why did they sold it when it was not thier in stock.My rs 15988/- is stuck with them because of this .pl help me out in getting my money back or the product as promised by them in time.
