    i have registered my mobile number 9453417705 in they are sending me worthless sms i.e spam sms , every day i am recieving sms which are very worthless and useless sms for me. So i request to complany please remove my number from the list so that i....

    Default Incorrect trade practices by fashion and you

    I ordered a pair of boots as a gift for my sister in law in another city. The gift got delivered but was opened on her birthday which was about 15-20 days from the date the item got delivered. Once opened we came to know that the wrong size has been delivered by fashion and you.
    We want them to exchange it for the right size but they are refusing to do so quoting the rule that incorrect delivery info needs to be informed to them within 3 days of delivery. Have called and explained that this was a birthday gift and we came to know about the incorrect size only once the gift was given.

    But they are refusing to exchange the item for the right size. First of all wrong item gets delivered – and the special bday gift has no meaning. On top of that they are now not even exchanging for the right size.

    Fashion and you has invented its own rules and seems to be following incorrect trade practices..

    The Order number for the boots is 1224451. The order also comprised of one more item which has been delivered and we have no issues with the 2nd item.
    This order was placed on 21st Dec 2011.

    Unbelievable - FnU send me a mail giving a reference number and asking me to get in touch with them using the ref number. If they were really interested in resolving the issue then the minimum expected is that they would find out about the issue and send a mail with details or call.
    This approach to resolution on social media seems to be all hogwash.
