Fashion and you online shopping fraud

I just want to share with all you guys about my experience with online shopping site named Fashion and you...believe me these guys are true fraudster, I have placed my order almost two and half months back thru credit card but these guys are true cheater, even I have contacted CEO and all other so called senior officials but it seems these guys are minting money by cheating innocent customewrs...I'm sharing this with all of you to save your hard earned money...in any case I will ensure legal action against these fraudsters...pl go thru chain of mails which I have recieved from this fraud site

Fashion & U online shopping fraud

I just want to share with all you guys about my experience with online shopping site named Fashion & U...believe me these guys are true fraudster, I have placed my order almost two and half months back thru credit card but these guys are true cheater, even I have contacted CEO and all other so called senior officials but it seems these guys are minting money by cheating innocent customewrs...I'm sharing this with all of you to save your hard earned money...in any case I will ensure legal action against these fraudsters...pl go thru chain of mails which I have recieved from this fraud site

I am also facing the same problem my one order has not been delivered even after one month and the second on also came late but incomplete....may be they are taking us very lightly....

WHERE IS MY Order!!!! It's been over two month since I placed it. I can never get through the bloody call center...The phone justs keeps ringing. You don't know who you are dealing with this time. I will bring your entire establishment down in just one day. without divluging who I am, I would just advice you to get my order to me asap. Order Number 44274.

This venture is being run by seasoned crooks it seems. They seemed to have siphoned off a lot of customers pockets.

I had ordered a SWATCH watch 2 months ago & miraculously is was delivered to me after 3 weeks. Unfortunately it was NOT working. They had sent me a piece of crap. I had to call innumerable times to ask for a return. Another three weeks went by before the watch was picked up. Its been 2 weeks since then and there is no sign of my money being refunded yet.

The e-mails go unanswered. The phone just keeps on ringing. They seem to have perfected the art of cheating. One or the other way... they ought to be caught.

They are very rampantly fooling customer and in some cases taking months to deliver an incomplete order or not at all delivering the orders. Its a harresment site which should be brought to books..... Let us all ensure that no more people are cheated........

I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com for a long time now, but haven't came across any of the above difficulties. Even I get my deliveries on time. I believe that the courier system in some locations is pathetic and because of that some people may not get their deliveries on time. I am completely satisfied with the service I am receiving from fashionandyou.com and the quality of products is just amazing. Also the unbelievably superb deals make the shopping experience more exciting. I love shopping @ fashionandyou.com.

Please go through it !!!! and spread the word!!! Internet is a powerful tool but one can not misuse this power. Just because customers choose to trust them they cannot be decieved!!!

I would like to know your take on this. I would file a formal complaint to the indian consumer court as well.

Fashion and you is a fraud website. Recently I ordered a Blackberry bold 9000 from them.To my surpirse the hanset was a used/refurbished handset as inbox had 6 messages in it without even entering the sim card. when emailed them about the same they pasted the same old jazz and informed that they will investigate and asked to ship the handset back. This is the most pathetic online website that i have seen and should be closed.

This site is a bogus site and I am planing to go to press as I do not believe that they will be shipping me a new handset after what i have seen to the blogs.

Fashion and you is purely a fraud site. They should be sitting on the road and begging rather than pissing the customers.
These cheap quality people were not ablr to supply the goods for more than a month. Noe they are in mood to refund the money. Its already 3 months but they have still not done anything. Mail trails are just getting longer with no results.
They are a bunch of cheap fraud people mis managing the things

I do want to know 2 things though- when goods ordered and paid for are not delivered, can legal action be taken under misrepresentation/ incorrect advertising? Is it also a breach of contract, under a sales agreement? Unless of course, it is specified in the Terms and Conditions that this can happen and they have made all reasonably aware that this can happen.

Secondly, when a refund is processed, should a company also be refunding the VAT that they have levied on the purchase?

I placed this order for 4 items and you people shipped me only 3 items, when i received this package on saturday 23, april i received only 2 items in the package this is rediculuos. When i asked they said they have sent all 3 items and they cant do any thing. I even asked for a proof for the same and they don;t even provide me any proof and simply saying they sent 3 items but i received only 2 items. What I'm supposed to do know you people have looting my money with out sending any item. This is a complete fraud.

These deals are no doubt providing a great benefit to its users by saving time, money and efforts. But yes due to some technical problems they are creating delivery problems. But whether we talk about TimesDeal or DealsandYou or Fashion and You, they are really serving customers to its great.

I have orderd one necklace cost me 1600 rs and after 1 month when i did not recieve it. i have chased them for 7 consecutive days and after that these fraudstr told me that they dont have that product in thier stock so they have to cancel my order.. what a disgusting service... just to trap customer and thier money.. they even not bother to pick phones and finally returned my money and given me sorry voucher of 250 rs and that too with some validity and expect me to use thier service again.. what a joke . please never ever use Fasion & YOU.... its just way to take customer money and then earn interst on it and then say we dont have that product...

I've had long-standing issues with Fashion and You, but since my orders were COD, despite non-receipt of any of the ordered good, I didn't quite feel like I was cheated and kept visiting and ordering goods from the site.

Now, though, it seems I've managed to land myself in a soup for I paid for an order through my Debit Card just to save the INR 100-odd delivery charges. I received an e-mail from orderrecords@fashionaandyou.com stating that my order (number 1056464) was dispatched on November 22, 2011.

On non-receipt of ordered goods, I called the website's customer care at +91 120 6739999 on Nov 29, 2011 and was informed that deliveries are expected between 2-10 days of dispatch. I inquired whether I can track my order and received a negative answer.

Ten days from receiving the dispatch e-mail, I did not receive the actual order and called their customer care on December 2, 2011 again. I was informed that the matter will be looked into and that there is no possible way the order can be tracked despite it being an in-house delivery system. In today's day and age of technological advancement, I refuse to believe how a few calls to concerned departments can't track the order. Evidently, Fashion and You isn't much of a believer in consumer convenience and satisfaction. But I digress.
So on December 2, all I received was an apology and a promise that the 'matter will be looked into,. I was told that I will receive my order only on Monday (December 3 and 4 being Saturday and Sunday). Since this was something i was willing to live with, I consented on the grounds that I receive my order on Monday and not a day later. The complaint was registered against number 935533.

As I'm writing this on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, you may safely assume that Monday came and went but there's no information on my order yet. Not one to let go easily, I called their customer support on December 5, 2011 (the promised day of delivery), spoke to Ashutosh who professed his utter inability in tracking the order and requested for another "24-48 hours" for delivery. I received an e-mail stating, and I quote, "your transaction reference number for the same is 935533 and is left Open as of now and will be attented within the specified timelines."

Now here I am, declaring on consumer court forum what I already have informed Fashion and You (in the aforementioned chat with Ashutosh), that if I didn't receive my order by Wednesday evening (that is, in the 24-48 hours I have been promised), I demand a full refund of my money, i.e. Rs 896/- and no, a voucher is not acceptable. When I've paid you real money, I want that back, and not a crappy excuse to shop from your site again.

Oh, and one last thing, I had also placed a COD order which was dispatched just a couple days later (from the dispatch date of this order, i.e.), which is, as is obvious, still somewhere in-transit. If I receive it before I receive order number 1056464, I will keep it and withhold payment, even if it means calling the police on the courier boy.

Had purchased TWO Casio Edifice watches (total worth Rs. 15000, order nos. 1463 and 1465) from this website buyatbrands.com on the 17th of Nov 2011, and had made payment to these people through net banking, trusting their authenticity and genuine business that they claimed to have been doing with customers for times, more than many.

Now, it completely seems I've managed to land myself in thick soup for having made the purchases. They promised to deliver the watches by 23rd Nov last month and later called in saying the deliveries will be made latest by 28th of the month. Sadly, though, its been more than 3 weeks now and no deliveries made yet.

On non-receipt of ordered goods, I called the website's customer care at +91-129-4011811 a dozen times (literally), sent another dozen e-mails to contact@buyatbrands.com and customer queries and finally on 1st Dec they told me that one of the watches had been shipped and the tracking URL will be provided soon. After patiently waiting for 5 days, when there still wasn't any sign of the product/status update whatsoever, again on 5th Dec I had to call their customer care and surprisingly, quite unabashed, they told me that their boss or something is busy with his marriage and so it'll take 2-3 days before anything can be done about the orders. Immediately I asked them for a refund and that day's long gone and no sign of the product as yet.

I'm fed up with these people and I demand my money back, all of it!
No vouchers/gift coupons and shopping again from this sloppy website.

I ordered a wallet as well as tee.When i received them they were not at all in acceptable condition.They were jaded as if they have been used or they were defective.Now those people are not ready to take them back.

i totally agree. Fashionandyou.com is a complete fraud. here's my case.

I ordered a LAFUMA CHRONOGRAPH wrist watch from the site at 80% discount (Rs. 1999 against MRP of Rs. 8000)

To my horror, I found that the Chronograph shown in the picture is actually a design only, and the buttons shown are also dummy buttons. There is actually no chronograph in the watch, its just printed on the dial. The product is something that you will get for less than Rs. 300 on the streets.

Even the warranty certificate is in a language that you can never understand. There are no contact details or service center numbers on the certificate.

Nowhere on the site or product description it was mentioned that this the chronograph is just a design.

Moreover what makes it a perfect fraud is the way they execute the order hand in hand with the courier service. The product that left their office at 11:34 am for delivery only reach my place at 9:00 pm making sure I was personally not there to verify the goods at time of delivery which was COD. (Cash on Delivery) lest I should reject it.

Moreover, they have also removed the page from their website to cover their fraud.
