I ordered a LAFUMA CHRONOGRAPH wrist watch from the site at 80% discount (Rs. 1999 against MRP of Rs. 8000)

To my horror, I found that the Chronograph shown in the picture is actually a design only, and the buttons shown are also dummy buttons. There is actually no chronograph in the watch, its just printed on the dial. The product is something that you will get for less than Rs. 300 on the streets.

Even the warranty certificate is in a language that you can never understand. There are no contact details or service center numbers on the certificate.

Nowhere on the site or product description it was mentioned that this the chronograph is just a design.

Moreover what makes it a perfect fraud is the way they execute the order hand in hand with the courier service. The product that left their office at 11:34 am for delivery only reach my place at 9:00 pm making sure I was personally not there to verify the goods at time of delivery which was COD. (Cash on Delivery) lest I should reject it.

Moreover, they have also removed the page from their website to cover their fraud.

This is regarding orders 1178359 and 1177544.
I have been mailing to their support.Support what the **** they are not taking any action but they are sending me the sorry mails. I tired receiving them.I want my money back keep your old,defective pieces.

My order -1057797 , I didn't get my order and after so many emails they are now not promising to deliver my order and also not refunding money

I feel this is good time to drag them in consumer court since its clear case of cheating
won't buy anything from them in future
