Product Name - Embroidered Lace High Leg Briefs

I have been waiting for my order for more than 1 and half months ..they just keep promising and promising for delivery the product but they never do ..Now also they say they don't promise to deliver the product and also have denied refunding my money , what is the procedure to file the case in consumer court against the company for cheating and confiscating the consumer's money .... These company's needs to be taught a good lesson

I completely agree with you . Action has to be taken against this company. I had ordered a handbag from Fashion and You Order No.1669014 on 23rd March 2012. I Have still not received it. And the worst part they even refuse to refund the money.

I too completely agree. I've faced more than one issue as concerned to fashion & you. They should be sacked for fraud & cheating their consumers. Lets join hands and make our case strong against the website and approach the consumer court not only for our refunds but also compensation!
