Hi,

We have ordered Peperone clutch(order no:-1220926) through online shopping from Fashion and You on 20th of Dec'11.
It has not been delivered till today,when we approached fashion and you customer care executive he commented that it has been delivered on 3rd Jan'12.When we asked (on date:- 14th Jan'12) for Proof of delivery they ensured us to provide within 72 hours,but when we again checked after 72 hrs they were unable to provide proof of delivery and again asked to wait next 72 hrs and the same practice they are following from last 12 days,still no resolution received.
Kindly log a complaint and help us to get my money or Peperone clutch ordered.
