    Angry Fashion and You - Poor customer care service

    Hi,

    I purchased 3 product from "Fashion and You" on my Birth Day and as per the FnY policy I was the eligible for the 15% B-Day discount on my first purchase.
    I purchase the items of 2997/- and after applying the 15% B-Day discount of 449.55/- the amount was 2547.45/- however when I made the payment using my net banking the amount deducted from account was of 2997/- that means I didn't get any discount and when I returned to the FnY order confirmation page it was showing the total amount as 2547.45/-

    I have raised this issue to FnY support team via email as well as telephone call I also sent the screen shot of my Order Invoice and my bank statement where its clearly showing that 2997/- has been deducted from account .

    Its already 12 days and they are not giving any proper response. Every time when I send the email I didn't get any proper response from FnY team and when I called their customer care the executive ask me that he will transfer my request to their finance department and it will take 3 days to resolve the issue.

    It seems like Fashion and You is not in mood to return my money back.

    My order no of this issue is - 1310187
