I purchased 3 deos from Fashion and you on December 17th, 2011, of which 2 were shipped and the 3rd product (davidoff deo) was shipped sperately through another courier. when the courier came, i was asked to pay for the product becasue theire records as per aramex showed that i had not paid for the deo. i had an online receipt from F&U about my payment, but aramex insisted that i pay and when i declined, they returnd the product back to F&U. When i raised it with them, in December 2011, they kep saying that they have no intimation from aramex, then another excuse was that the product was alrady dispatched, and the 3rd excuse was that they have sent my complain to their return dptt and are witing for response... its been exactly a month since i have been following up with Fashion and You and al i get is a reply to wait for another and another and another 48 hours. I have even requested refund if not compensate for the agony, humiliation and the wastage of my personal time in following up. but all i have got is a respnse to wait for a few more days. I even wrote to their CEO, Pearl Kachru, but she didnt have the courtesy to reply. Its not about my 1130 rupees, its about being honest and professional. I need my money back, if they cannot deliver.
