I made an order with Gurgaon based company FashionandYou.com which is registered by Gold Square sales pvt Ltd on 1st January 2012.
The contact person for this company is Mr. Rahul Navekar.
My order number 1268182 which was gloves and was supposed to reach me within 3-7 days. Now its more than a month and i never got to see the gloves. Every time i make a call to their consumer complaint, i am told the same answers. Every time I am being told that they need 3 working days to fix the problem, and i don't see anything happening in the mean time. Not to tell you the mental agony and money i spent on calling them.

In my opinion the company is a fraud and one should avoid buying anything from it.

Also I am thinking of taking the hard road and filing a complaint against them in the consumer's court. I have had been ridiculed enough and i don't want other people to suffer the same experience as i did.

The company should be taught that it's consumers are not fools.

they are famous for selling Smuggled (Electronics / Mobile) goods
i am suffering losses of 3999/-
that mobile was seized during transit still i am waiting to get my money back.. because they are offering smuggled goods ( no proper tax paid in India)
