Dear Concerned.

This is regarding my mail I am following since 17th Jan' 12 for update on return order.
After regular follow up on mails and phones, till date I have not got any concrete solution to my problem. This is one of the growing online shopping portal and I am one of the regular shopper with them but after such an experience I am forced to remove fake mask this portal is carrying.
I want some strong legal action to be taken here as they make consumers like us suffer alot in terms of wastage of time, money and giving unnecessary tensions.

Reference order num for cancellation is 1309860.

I would be glad if I can get some response in form of legal action, compensation or aplology from this company.

Hi, i am facing the same problem with this company. As you might know that this is not a legal forum, I am planning to file a complaint against this company in consumers court to demand compensation for the harassment I have faced. I have also started a facebook page against this company as hatefashionandyou.com, I hope that you too take some legal action and not just post your problems here as their response is pathetic.
