I have purchased a "Dent King (Pops -a- Dent)" from Wonder Brand C/o, Ashasa India Enterprises, Plot No. 22, Jakranda Marg, DLF Phase- II, Gurgaon on advance payment made to their account with Axis Bank for Rs. 2241.00.

I have received Dent King machine, which is not working properly as required, and as shown in their TV Ads.

I have been trying my best to use the product, but i am unable to achieve the desired results, and the product seems to be failure at my end.

I have filed a complaint on your Toll Free No. 09310393771 with Ms. Shreya (Customer Care Executive) , and the Complaint No. 9211788275 has been registered and till date there is no response from their end.

I request them to send me a new machine which gives me fruitful results as shown on TV or else please refund me the entire amount by Demand Draft payable at Ahmedabad and send the same to my home address immediately.

Its been more than a month, I ordered a product. It was delviered Faulty, Returned the Product as advised by Customer Care representative ( The Worst set of people ever hierd by anyone: Rude; Ignorant excellent in releasing the call) .The Product was delivered back and recieved by someoone S SINGH in esteemed company 'Ashasa India Enterprises'. Since that day , I am trying to get hold of someone, with no luck.

I need my money to be refunded ASAP. This is simply an harrasment and these kind if cheat companies should be banned.

I have spent INR 3140/- which I requested as a refund. No one has bothered to Reply on this and this is extremly unprofessional.

Writing to this forum with faint hope that someone might try to help me sort this out.

I had ordered for one instyler machine of wonderbrands. The item was finally delivered to me. After payment of Rs. 3140.00 I was handed over the parcel. when i opened the parcel I was shocked to see that the item was damaged due to packing which was not done properly. I then called up the customer care No 09310033033 who advised me that I return the item and the same shall be replaced. I then sent the same Blue Dart courier service Docket No 60107438963, and I am still awaiting the return of my Instyler. I hope the same shall be replaced and sent to me as soon as possible or else refund the money through DD payable in my favour
