I had post a Rakhi on August 24, 2010 through the online booking system of ferns and Petals Website. It was supposed to be delivered on the same date. I kept on enquiring the whole day about the delovery of the Rakhi, Got a sms in my mobile as registered with the company that my delivery had been made. I called up my brother staying in Thane and got to know that he hadn't received any delivery from their side. The same day, around 8:00 Pm all the customer executive lines became unreachable saying due to Rakhi occassion they wont be atttending any calls. The next day itself I enquired about the position of my Rakhi, but to my surprise they said that the Rakhi has already been Delivery, god know to whom. Customer executives asked me to write a complain to query@fnp.in. Response from the same I am yet to receive. All I need is a refund which I find is a very valid demand on my part. Kindly help me on this regards. If I need to sue them on forgery regard, I will go ahead and do that also. Sucking service they have.

This problem happens when it become busy, but no there is nothing like that . You will get no complain from ferns n petals in Mumbai. It is best delivery website. It send fresh flowers and gifts to anyone. Good thing about it is that it send flowers on time.

This is true about ferns n petals, their service is very poor, I too is a victim of them. I ordered combo of flowers n cake and what they delivered was very poor quality of flowers n cake. Its really disgusting to pay huge amount for such kind of service. I too wrote complain about this to them for which they never replied.
Please don't use their service, they are really cheaters.
