Hi Sir/ Madam,

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1526 Battery from Flipkart (online purchase) on 02-12-2011 for Rs.2898.00, order#OD11202171703 which was delivered on 7-12-2011.
I was informed that this battery cell would support my Laptop but it didn't.

I spoke with one of the Supervisors of flipkart and he assured that the battery would be replaced and would support Dell inspiron laptop. Every time I called we were assured for a call back from the supervisors of the call center but never received any call backs. Finally it was replaced and we received the replaced order after a month on 9-01-2012 after number of emails and calls to the flipkart.


Once we received the battery cell, it was not working and supporting the laptop again.
I then decided to cancel the order and asked flipkart for the refund. I spoke with supervisors- Siya uddin, Gopal. They asked us to keep the battery ready so that it is picked by the flipkart but till now there is no update and no call back for the refund and neither to collect the battery.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would request you to please take strict action against them. I want a refund for the battery and also would demand a compensation for the time and money wasted on these calls and follow up done by me.
