I had ordered for a blackberry through online seller (Ava Merchandising: www.avamerchandising.com) in the month of Feb'2010 (17th Feb'2010 with an order number of HD5646). I have been told at the time of booking that, My order will be received in 21 working days. its been more than 2 months and I haven't received my order yet. I have made several calls to their customer care (Ph Number: 01244697999), every time I call them they say that my order will be dispatched in next week. When I asked them to cancel the order also, they said it'll take one month for the process. Please let me know what should be done.

I have ordered for Berg Tandoor through my credit card to Ava Merchandising in December 2009, order no. HD3677. I have received the product in January 2010 first week, but the side handle was broken by the time I received. I have requested to dispatch new handle, but Ava customercare told that they pick up delivered product and send me new piece with in 7 working days. For every call of 7 days we were told to wait for next 7 days. After 2 months ( in March) of this scenario, they told us that they would dispatch us the handle only within next 7 working days. But now it is May 13th 2010 till now we did not receive any handle and when we call them the story of next 7 working days repeats. And they are not ready to cancel the product and refund us. They say that they cannot cancel the product. Please let me know what should be done.

Pl.do not buy anything from AVA MERCHANDISING.... They are specialist in CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMER... So my sincere request to HDFC BANK AND THEIR EMPLOYEES TOO..pl esclate the matter to your HDFC HIGH AUTHORITY.. So they would come to know about AVA MERCHANDISING...

I have been cheated by ava merchandising by placing order there..

I m surprised with the hdfc and other bank.. How they can associates with such fraud company-ava merchandising......

Pl.sincere request to all the buyers... Pl share this fraud sale with your friends-relatives and stop such a indecent selling business....

Hi I have placed the order on 5th march-10 (HD 6342) BLACKBERRY... Stock suppose to reach to me within 21 days... now almost 70 days over..but stock not received to me...Even they are not cancelling the order and nor refunding to me my money. Not only this, company's business head and others senior employees are also VERY IRRESPONSIBLE...i sent 10 mails to every employees of AVA MERCHANDISING... BUT... no one replyed to that mail... its indicate that.. they want mony by using any way.. Surprising... hdfc bank is also not taking any action on this......

Finally i have taken a help of CONSUMER COURT BY putting Case on AVA MERCHANDISING....

Requesting to all the consumers, pl go to CONSUMER COURT... and recover the money.
I have claimed Rs.100000/- for mental harrashment and 7000+for EMI....

Pl.you all also do the same...

I have gone through your posts regarding Fraud Committed by AVA merchanding, Gurgaon. I can provide you help if you belong to Delhi or Haryana. I can send them Legal Notice for the fraud committed by them to their consumers. You can also opt to register a Police Complaint against the Directors and office bearers of the Company. Law will take on them. You may write the full facts of the matter at my email ID:
devenderadv@hotmail.com. Two years back I also suffered the similar fraud by Big Bazzar (Pataloon/Future Group) but I legally recovered by all dues.

I had placed order after looking print ad received by ICICI Bank Credit cards, but when i got the same to my surprise its an such a ugle set of jewel and watch that even if i get from some road side i may get better and also its broken one..........

they are here for only cheating and more than that how come all branded finance banks and company make them as there vendor...........

after this i have spoken to both the customer care bank & AVA but nothing work out only i have to pay my bill and just closed my SB Wealth Management A/c with an average balance of 1500K and all other relation of FD, CC, MF ETC...........

As i have placed this order to gift some one but i felt so a shame that i have gifted such *@^#& pice

I think why to blame AVA i should make responsiable to my Credit card company who tempt us by sending such glosy print and force to buy such F#@^ prod.............

I had ordered 2 sets of Reebok shoes one size 7 & other size 9. they have delivered size 7 and for more than 2 months we are waiting for the other pair

I placed an order to Ava Merchandising in mid March and have not recieved my goods despite of regular followups and reminders. The Oraganisation was introduced by HDFC Bank Marketing Mailers & The transaction was done via HDFC Bank Credit Card. In my complaints on Email, Ava Merchandising never replied and HDFC Bank has very cleverly drawn itself out of the whole transaction asking to reach Ava Merchandising.

Ava Merchandising has neither mentioned there office address or any contact details of the top management except for customer care numbers who do nothing and just feel sorry for the delays. Kindly Suggest the coarse of action to bring such fraudulent companies before the Law.

I have made several calls to their customer care (Ph Number: 1800114344), every time I call them they say that my order will be dispatched in next week. When I asked them to cancel the order also, they said it'll take one month for the process. Please let me know what should be done

AVA merchandising is probably a fraud company. it was associated with ICICI, i got a paper along with my credit card statement about this fraud company, not knowing that it is fraud company i purchased one dinner set and they took the money from the ICICI credit card and i didn't receive the product even after 3 months ., so i cancelled the order and they said the money will be returned to the credit card, now it 4 months after the cancellation and they haven't done anything , now if i call the tall free number i hear a song only , will not be able to contact any human being in the company. I don't thing such a company exists. Only ICICI has to be blamed for this and why did they send the pamphlet containing the products and advertised that they will be associated with that company. anybody will believe if it is done thru ICICI. The CEO of ICICI should take necessary steps to stop this fraud and return the money to the customers.
