Dear Sir / Madam,
I saw a product "Fuzizone Full Touch Screen Phone" on TV Channel HomeShop18 and ordered the same. As per their commitment to refund the money if the product is returned back to them within 15 days after delivery. I received the phone and while using it for 4 - 5 days I felt that the camera of the phone was not working properly and there were some other problems also. I talked Homeshop18 and as per their instructions, returned the product back to the Company named Nakamishi Techno Pvt. Ltd. It has been More than 15 days tracking for refund of money from Homeshop18. They have no answer when the money will be returned back to me. On TV they were giving wrong commitments that if the product is not the choice of the consumer the same would be returned back and the money will be refunded but they are not returning my money back. Kindly advise me where shall I launch a complaint against them. Thanks, Mamta Anand |

One of our customers Ms Mamta Anand has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Fujezone Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone on his blog posted on 20 th August 2010.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter he has sent back his product and we are refunding his order value vide Cheque Number and same would be delivered to you in 3-4 working days . Dear Sir / Madam,
It has been more than 24 days since I returned the defective product back to HomeShop18. HomeShop18 on TV Channel HomeShop18 had given assurance of refund of money within 15 days, but now it is more than 24 days and I have still not received my money back. Since I purchased this product I had to call them every day, previously for the problems in the product, and now when the product had been returned back to them on 3rd of August, everyday I have to remind them for refund of my money back but there is no result. On 24th of August when I called them they told me that my payment cheque has been processed on 23rd of August but is still to be despatched. After that date I have made so many calls checking the despatch status but everyday I have been told that it is still to be despatched now today is 27th of August and the cheque is still lying with them. After a long struggle for refund of money from HomeShop18, I have received my cheque just now. I thank consumer forum for their support in solving this problem. I have a few advices for HomeShop18:- 1. Please act as you commit to your customers without harrasment. 2. Please say the truth to your customers whenever they call you without hiding anything. 3. Don't ask your customers to directly interact with the selling company because the customers are purchasing the product from you and would ask you only if there is any problem in the product.
