I ordered a phone "LG Fathom VS750 Mobile With 3G" order no : 3098149 on 25 th Dec from a online shoping site "Naaptol". I made so many complains and didn't get any reply from the side of "naaptol" after a log interval yesterday i got a call from courier person for the delivery of the product. When my uncle reached there courier person was asking for the money. I already paid the money though credit card. I just want to put a complain against this online shop. Please help me.

It is the limit. instead of 72 hrs I have waited for 9 day for a action from the side of naaptol. There is nothing they can do. When i used to call the operator does not know the actual situation. They have no authority when I ask for the higher authority who can help me. They never connected me with the higher authority. business policy is 3rd class. for a advance payment they can not deliver the item in one month. I am help less from the side of naaptol. should I take a legal action. Please help me.
