Hi,
I am writing here against service of NAAPTOL . Pls consider as high priority and help me to get justice. Summary. I have placed the order for N5800 Mobile through online(order # 339317) in NAAPTOL on 26th April 2010 and it was communicated to me that order will reach to me in 7 to 10 days max. Fortunately/UnFortunately , I got the call from the courier team to collect my order on 21st May 2010 and I have given the money of Rs.5000 to the courier boy and got the bill which took 26 Days!!! Failed to deliver on committed time!? Ok Next, The mobile which I have received found defective at the time of charging it. Both the battery provided was completely dead and is not getting charged and same has been confirmed by the outside mobile service center also. Defective part delivered!! Again, Immediately I made call to customer care and lodged the complaint on the same and the customer care executive assured that the replacement on defectives will be done with 3days But since then 3 months over and I have had more than 30 conversation with customer care executives and their supervisors. The support is real worst than that of any other service providers and whenever I made complain till now they have misguided that replacement will be done in 3days.. When I asked for the Escalation , they do not maintain any Escalation and customer care executives are just made to answer the phone nothing more support is expected from them. Each and every time I made call to the number 9223516148 which charges as STD fare for me ii have got fraud promises which never completed. Since the battery is itself dead how can one use the mobile . it’s just like a stone ready to dump. Have contacted on the mentioned above number so many times and sent mail to replyfromnaaptol@naaptol.com; verification@naaptol.com ; support@naaptol.com and crm@naaptol.com number of times and again congradulations to them for no response. I have given many warnings to them and told will be taking the leagal actions and still i haven't seen any progress.. Refund my amount of 5k plus 30times call made to std number and internet charges.. I Am fed up with talking to executives.. Bhaskar 9880656475.. |
