sir/madam i was recharging my mob. no. 9555761835 from Rs.50 and i pay Rs.60 for recharge and delivery charges for coupons on Dt: 17.12.11. but my mob. no. was not recharged and i also not received any mail from freecharge regarding this recharge. i complained them two times and send my a/c statement to them. but there is no satisfactory reply from them till now. Please Resolve My problem and Refund my balance of Rs.60. My mail id is manish1036.
