Hi,

I had purchased a bed room set and a shoe rack from furniture bazar chinchwas Pune on 29 May 2010. While taking the booking they promised to deliver by within 2 days. It has been more than a month, they only delivered half the stuff ( that to damaged stuff) on 20th June. I have been calling them everyday, they are nor ready to cancel the order nor they are delivering my stuff, each time I call they give me new deadline.

Is there a way I can teach them a lesson.
