    i have mail 3-4 times to support@futurebazaar.com but not getting any response from futurebazaar.i have booked my order- Order No:: 5040527393.on 28 jan-2012
    but till not i am not getting any shipping details or any confirmation whether they shipped?

    This is with reference to your order number 5040527393 for "Polyshape Pet Deluxe Container,Set Of 4 - 125ml".

    Let me confirm that the said ordered product gets dispatched to the customers from the warehouse located near to there location to avoid any damage to the product while in transit. I regret to mentioned that the product is not readily available at our warehouse located near to your location hence there has been a delay. Let me confirm that I am personally working to arrange the additional unit of the ordered product at your nearest warehouse. I will keep you posted regarding the status of the same from my end.

    Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I request you to give me a chance to rectify and bring a satisfactory conclusion to this matter.
