    Following Orders with Future Bazaar.com were placed and were cancelled by them unilaterally on 25.1.2012, but even after 8 days the amounts have still not been refunded. Order Nos- 5040603877 & 5040609281.

    Further, 4 more Orders (Order Nos: 5040641723, 5040608387, 5040627380, 5040630928) were also placed on 25.1.12 but the same have not been delvrd inspite of my repeated requests.
    Phone calls to Complaints- Customer remains n hold for 15 mins & gets disconnected. My emails n Phone calls have resulted in no action.

    No one lifts the phones at your Jogeshwari, Vikhroli and Marol Office.

    Dear Mr. Kedia,

    This is with reference to your order numbers 5040603877 and 5040609281.

    Let me confirm that as per the terms of the promotional discount coupon the same can be used by the customer only for there first purchase. However, we have also noticed that the same promotional coupon was used against your multiple orders. We have gone ahead and cancelled the above mentioned additional orders from our end. The refund for the amount charged to you has been initiated by us. Let me assure you that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.

    Further, I am sorry for the delay caused on processing your orders numbers 5040641723, 5040608387, 5040627380 and 5040630928. Let me confirm that I am personally tracking your orders. The products under the said orders are expected to leave our warehouse within the next 48 hours. The tracking information of the shipments will be communicated to you once the products are dispatched from our warehouse.

    I once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay and assure you that the necessary action will be taken at my end to avoid such inconvenience in future.

    Many thanks for your Quck Reply. Just to let you know that on yr C care nos I was kept waiting for 10 minutes and finally thecalls got disconnected 3 times.

    Since Mornig I have been trying to call up 66194025 (Vikroli), 30841300( Jogeshwari), 67089500 (Marol), 1800 200 9495 (Toll Free) But no one icks up the phone. U can try fr yrself and realize how efficiently your Organisation works!!!

    Even after Pointing out to Service desk, and assurance from them about priority delivery, no action has been taken to ensure despatches/delivery.Shipped remarks r appearing since last 5 days!

    Pl do something to set things rightand ensure delivery by 2morrow preferably.

    Thre has been absolutely NO response to my various Emails sent to your Cuatomercare .
    Since Mornig I have been trying to call up 66194025 (Vikroli), 30841300( Jogeshwari), 67089500 (Marol), 1800 200 9495 (Toll Free) But no one icks up the phone. Hence I was left with no other option but to seek redressal from alternative means.Kedia

    My Emails to Customer care have all remain unanswered and as pointed out to you yr no.9222221947 is not toll free .i have been charged for the same by my operator and i was 3 times kept on hold for approx 10 mins each with finally response and the call gets disconnected. I also pointed out to you that none picks up various nos of your different Offices, which is extremely BAD. Pl refer my earlier msg and You can try for your self.
    I am pointing out so that u can take corrective steps, but if u just want to keep justifying your Organisations efficiency(!!!) , I have no comments to offer.

    Anyways, I am interested in immediate Refunds for Orders cancelled and immediate delivery fo 4 Orders for which there is no concrete Reply. Customer care responding based on std remarks ready for shipping and Already shipped since last 5 days has no meaning for me.
