    Thumbs down Futurebazaar || Product Delay

    Hi Team,

    I have placed two orders at Future-bazaar website on 28/01/2012 with order number 5040656691 and 5040651348 with a promise that both of them will be delivered before 02 Feb 2012.

    However i have received a mail from them for only one order that it will be delivered before 07 Feb 2012, there is no update on the other order, now 02 Feb and 07 Feb have passed and no order is received till date.

    please update.

    This is with reference to your order number 5040656691 and 5040651348.

    I am extremely sorry to mention that due to certain unavoidable reasons there has been a delay from our end in processing your orders. However, let me confirm that I have made special arrangements to dispatch your ordered products on priority and the same have been dispatched via Quantium courier airway bill numbers : FB0052907 and FB0052769 respectively.

    As per the present status the products are in Transit. You may track the shipment on below mentioned URL:

    Let assure you that I am personally tracking the shipments till its final delivery and will also keep you posted regarding the status of the same.

    I once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay and hope you will give us second chance to prove ourselves.

    Hi Aditya,

    I have received the order number 5040656691 and 5040651348 at mentioned address, you may now close this thread. The delivery date for them was 10 February 2012 but the committed was 02 February 2012.

    However the only thing which made me to order was the early delivery of product and same i did not received in mentioned time frame.
