I had booked two tickets for Mumbai - Lucknow on Dec 27 2011 at 14:20 for
Indigo airline on the name of "Sumit Shukla"

By mistake both the tickets were booked by the same name and henceforth I
called up Ibibo Customer Care to take the request and cancel ONE of the
two tickets booked,

Also I specifically mentioned to cancel the ticket with PNR (ZLLKAW) ,
but as I found out both the booked tickets were cancelled by the Customer Care executive ,PNR Nus: ZLLKAW & NLT5EP date of travelling
27- 01- 20112

Hence I requested them for a fresh booking, but they did not do that. So, I had to make a fresh booking for the same date at an extra charge of Rs.1000 (as the charges of the flight were increased).

Since then I am daily calling them and asking them for the refund of the cancellation charges(1000) and the extra amount(1000), which they promised.

After 9 days of continuous calling, whenever I call them they put me on HOLD for 20 minutes and then never give a satisfactory answer.

They fool me by saying that" Your amount will be processed today" everytime I call them, But till now I havent got any mail / refund status.

PLEASE HELP ME
