I placed an order for a watch on 30th June.Order value was Rs 6298. Payment was done by Credit Card.The delivery should have been completed within 3 weeks.
After number of Follow Ups I didn't receive the product even by the end of July. On 2nd August I requested a refund of the Order Amount. Today when I checked with their Customer Service on 011-40502424 I was shocked to hear that instead of my refund getting processed the product has been despatched to me. I have all the correspondence which has been done with them. I am absolutely disgusted at the total insensitiveness that has been exhibited by Bag It Today.
