Dear Sir,

I had ordered a Shani Mantra packet from GTM Teleshopping, which included a neck chain which was made of simple thread and black corals. Due to the weak thread, the chain broke. When i told them to replace it with a new one, they are not ready to replace it. I have paid 3000.00 for the entire set. When i told that, i am ready to pay for the chain, they told me that, you have to take the entire set. This is pure cheating by the company.
