I ordered a 20L microwave oven from home shop 18 on 12th Feb 2010. I did the payments through credit card on EMI basis.They guranteed to deliver the product in 7-8working days.
When I called back on 25 th Feb, they said that my credit card verification was done on 17th Feb and so I have count the days from then.I agreed to that. After more then a month also the product was not delivered to me and when I called up and asked everytime(paying STD bills for every call)..They said we are processing it.
Finally one fine day they called up and said we dont have the product in stock and we will refund you the money.I was completely annoyed that because I am a bachelor and I stay alone, and the oven was supposed to be for cooking of food and other usages.I was already struggling for one month and now they dont have the product and I even wasted money on calls.
Rather then giving me a better deal, they just said we will refund your money.I still agreed to that.Now its almost 20 days+ and I have not even recieved the money in my account. I have seriously lost my mental peace and I really want some action to be taken against this company and want them to pay penalty for my suffering.
