Hi,
I ordered one mobile from Homeshop18 on 28th December-2011.
I received the a DEFECTIVE Mobile on 4th Jan-2012
(while i checked the Mobile, Mobile battery did not provide backup for more than 15 minutes and The Mobile speaker volume is not audible).
I checked with two service centers at pune and they directed me back to Homeshop 18 to get either the Mobile set replaced or to refund the amount.as the mobile set is defective.
On 6th Jan-2012, I raised a ticket (Ticket No-69199165) on Homeshop18 website mentioning all the problem. But to my wonder no body responded.
Since then, I have made multiple calls to customer support and getting just fake excuses and unprofessional behaviour from Customer care executives,
like
-within 48 hours our Technical team will contact you
- visit the service center again. (whereas i already had visited the service center twice)
I have not received any calls from HOMESHOP18 team till yet and my raised ticket are being closed by them without resolution.
I am tottaly clueless, How such a Big brand can practice such a policy with their customers.what kind of business
My caution note to all customers - Please do not go for any kind of Shopping with Homeshop18 in future.
