sir, i have bought a samsung microwave from the company which is not working from the day one , at the time of delivery also we told the delivery boy to give demo, he replied "" its not his job, its company job"" . when we started the mircrowave we found that its not working , immediately we contacted homeshop18 customer care who told us to take this product to the nearest samsung dealer, sir how a company can send faulty product to the customer then instructed the customer to take a new product for a repair, we are feeling being cheated by homeshop18 and above all company has not delivered any free products which they show on almost on all TV channels.

sir such company should be banned or heavinly charged.

pl help or guide us so that we can get our hard earned money.
