we request that i purchased a wispro camaorder 5mp from homeshop18 we recieved the product but the product is not good and batery charger missed then we complained to homeshop18 and purchase battery but camcorder not switch on then we compained(5711220) 18/07/10 ,he said that send me back and i will replace within 10 or 15 working days but replacement not yet and not any confermation recieved yet.

One of our customers has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Wespro 5MP Camcorder with iCell Touch Screen Dual SIM Mobile on his blog posted on 11th September 2010.

In response to to his complaint the matter is taken up with our business partner and we have reshipped the replacement of the product through Bluedart courier and same would be delivered to him in 1-2 working days .

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to highlight the most pathetic part of online booking when you book the good and is not delivered within the stipulated time and you regret later.

It was one order (Order No. 908310459)which I placed on home shop18 website on 17th Dec'2011 and it was told to me that it would be delivered within the stipulated time i.e. 5 to 7 working days. Till date i.e. 05th Jan'12, it is not delivered and its already very very late. The order is even not given to courier company as POD No. of courier is still not showing in their website.

The order was meant for some special purpose and a gift. The charm is already over and I am disgusted as to why I have chosen this website.

Its a promise that from now on I will never use this website. I will also not support anybody for this.Its always that I call the customer care on 01204455918 and I get a reply that its due to logistics or technical error the order is not delivered. It is already given to the courier company and will be dispatched soon. I am getting this reply everytime I call them post 20th Dec'11 and also assured that some body will call me within 24 hours and update me but I got a call only once and I have called them more than 12 times.

The order was meant as a gift which has not go no importance.I wanted to expedite the order time but they have heavily postponed it. They have taken my money and wasted my time.

Now, I just not want my money back. I want it with mental harrassment compensation.

Request you to look into the same and send legal notices to them for that.
