I bought Health Policy for my family online on 21-Nov-2011 using my ICICI Credit Card. According to Lombard site Application form online, i have selected 6 month EMI payment mode [ As they mentioned 0% Interest on ICICI Credit Card]. When I bought they deducted whole amount. i Talked with customer care [Lombard], they said the CREDIT CARD Bank will sent me only EMI payment. When i received my CREDIT CARD statement, there was Full down payment with tag 6 emi. When asked to CREDIT CARD customer care, they replied if you need we can convert it into 6 EMI but you have to pay 2% interest.

I made a complaint against it through Lombard Customer care on 10-Dec-2011. with COMPLAINT NO. 101220011623

On follow-up from my side they demanded MY Credit card No., i have given scan-copy of my Credit card Statement.

Till date No resolution, on asking they replying I have to talk with CREDIT CARD BANK for this verbally, not reverting on-mail.
