This is a complaint on IndiaPlaza Online shopping. I ordered for an item "Sonilex S E72 MP3 Player 16GB Expandable Speaker" on 31st of December 2011 doing an online net banking payment of Rs 299. According to what they have mentioned it must be delivered within 5-7 days but till now it is not delivered. when i contacted customer care after few days of order they said it is in Firstflight courier and it is held because of insufficient address. i called Firstflight Courier service and gave my Complete address. when it is still not delivered few days after updating the address I cancelled the order some 15 days before they sent me a mail stating like your order is cancelled and amount will be reflected in the account within 7-9 Working days...however 15 days over still the amount has not refunded to my account.if i call and ask the customer care people nobody respond to the issue they tell different stories according to there data it is not cancelled and if i ask for the cancellation they are not ready to procedd further. I have a mail from there team stating like cancellation is done. Nodoby is responding properly. please help me solving this issue and getting my money back to me with compensation.
