I made a mistake by purchasing a videocon semi automatic washing machine from shopping.indiatimes.com . My order number 30000044138 . The order was placed on 5th of January , however the product was never delivered to me. I called the so called "CUSTOMER CARE" innumerable times and none of my calls were fruitful as none of the customer support agents were in a mood to help me. My frustration on the issue became more severe and aggravated and I asked for escalation to one of the agents , who after immense arguing had pity on me to get his supervisor named Mr. Amit Kumar , who created a complaint for me on January 19 , 2012. Mr. Kumar promised me that he will take care of the issue and somebody is going to intimate me if the shipment can be done or will refund my full purchase amount . The Expected time of resolution as said by Mr. Kumar was 3-4 working days and the resolution date displayed on the website for the same complaint was 27 January ,2011 . The case Id for the complaint was 93021. So after struggling for complete 1 month , order was finally cancelled on 2/2/2012 , however my money is still not refunded , and the biggest joke is after my order is cancelled whenever I contact the customer support either they say "OUR SYSTEM IS UNDERGOING A UPGRADE" or "PLEASE GIVE US 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF TIME TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER" and that 2-3 business days never comes. I am utterly frustrated with India Times Shopping and would like to inform all the consumers not to purchase anything from this website as you might end up in a situation like me
