    Default India today book club

    To orders were booked oga090073538 and oga090073539 on 11 nov 09 both packages contain books and cds. A wrong commitment was made by the sales person regarding the free gifts.
    On of feb 22 2010 after talking to customer care i send the package back to india today.
    After repetitive reminders and sending the pod end number of times there has been no action and all the time i get one response that pod not recieved and they are tracing the package.
    I need full refund of these 2 orders.
