I would like to tell all the indian people that pl do not entertain any phone calls received from India today group (bagittoday). these people are bastards. They just tell you all wrong things and book the orders by deducting money from your credit cards. they will never send you mails.They will just tell you that you have won prize money but there is no such things. Beware of these bastards. I am narrating my story below

I got number of calls from india today group club executives Prashant and ankush garg that I have won Rs 2 lacs twenty thousand worth gold and i have to make purdchsing amounting to Rs. 13184 to avail that. I was chased by them for three days on phone. At last i came into their false statements and booked my orders for which they deducted my money amounting to Rs. 13184 through credit card.These calls were received from number 011203310700

I have booked my products kit offered by you vide order id nos 110077595 and 110077596 dated 21.6.2010 amounting to Rs. 11998/ and Rs. 1196 respectively. They have assured my that I have won gold worth Rs. 2 lacs and twenty thousand against this booking and I will be receiving My gold voucher along with the order in gold box within seven days whcih I may redeem at any retail shop like tanishk etc.

After booking when i contacted on phone nos. 01140502424, I was told that there is no such prize money but orders are booked.

Sir I am following these personscontinuously and have asked to cancel my orders and refund money. these third class persons are not giving any positive rteply. they are even not giving contact details of senior persons.I have written various mails on membership@bagittoday and orders@bagittoday and offers@bagittoday. But they simply reply that they are looking into this. Just now when I called one of their executive she said that they will check it and if money is refunded , it will take 28 days.

Sir Pl advise me what to do now. they have clearly cheated me. how to get money back from them

Now also I am contacting them through emails and onphones but everytime I get reply that i will receive my money with 7-10 days. those 7-10 days never come. these things have happened with lot of people in india. Pl beware of them

To avail this offer i have been asked to shop some trash products which i realised after receiving them.this products cost is for Rs 20,000. I purchased them and i am absolutly unhappy because as i said they where trash.i have been told to buy samsung handycam where there is a free gift of Philips Home theater but after i receive them i have seen the total products costs is 20,000 nothing is free, i have been cheated here and secondly you guys have'nt send any home theater its a philips speakers set and one DVD player along with it, fortunatly i know what is actually home theater means. here i have been cheated twice.Third, i have been told i will get 1,10,000 gift voucher where i can avail the voucher at a time with out any hassles but here i can not avail the complete offer with out clubbing which makes me to pay the double amout for each voucher.And i was told that i can buy any of the products worth 1,10,000(gold) but at a particular shopping centre,but nothing has happened according to your response.Iwant you to seriously look into the problem and i am nomore interested in buying your products and gold either.So it's beter if you refund me whattever the amount i spent till now on this products,which i want to send them back.kindly gothrough the problem, otherwise i have to take serious action on this.

This was the last sent mail to them.It's my kind request to everyone that don't gothrough such trash calls.India today book club and readers digest ..these are all trash and don't trust them.

I am Sujata Garimella.

Like you, I too trusted the India Today name and had ordered stuff from ITBC. My experience was awful. I did not get what I ordered for. I did not get the promised "extras". And I did not get any solution either.

This whole nightmare started in September 2009 for me.

To top it all they still keep calling me.

I plan to sue them for Rs. 10 lakhs. I have started an action against them and would like more victims of ITBC's dirty tricks to join in because there is a lot of strength in numbers.
