    Default India Today Book Club Fraud Practice of Selling Products

    Sir/Madam,

    I have been cheated by a renowned media group India Today Book Club, who are also operating an online selling of products.They are booking the orders of precious articles by luring the customers of huge awards or in the name of TDS Tax Deducted At Source for the winning amount, whereas no winning amount was given to the clients. For which I have made complaints on their e-mail address i.e. response@indiatodaybookclub.com and also on their helpline No:01140502424 so many times for the last two months but they are just answering that "we apologies for the inconvenience caused and the matter has been forwarded to the concerned department" only one phone call received from their official who has authenticate the charges as they have a recorded commitments made by their official and told me that the concerned official has been fired from the services. This type of action from their side does not compassionate the huge loss of money of the customers and the mental harassment made to them. in this way they have charged my credit card for more than 80,000/- in different intervals either by luring or in the name of TDS amounting Rs.30,000/-. I have also made a complaint online in the consumer complaints. You are requested to kindly give me a legal assistance in this matter.

    Dear Sood,

    It is responsibility of employer to against any fraud done by its employee. You can visit any near by consumer court and file your complain.I am sure you will get your money back with intrest along with compensation.But you are already late so take urgent step

    3rd time my courrier come back to me,neither you receive this nor call back to me,
    why you people are sleeping.
    its too much...
    i think i have to come over there to break your ofice systems who cant care for his custumer,,,

    As per my last conversation with your executive Mr Suheb on 15 june
    2010. He told me "send this parcel back to us , he had consulted
    with his seniors for this perticular quarry and your money will get credit
    to your credit card account with in maximum 24 days, with this verbally
    solution he also give me a complaint / ticket no:-52815 .




    i sent it same by DTDC Courrier on 16 june 2010.please tell me when i get
    my refund into my credit card account ..

    i)Received Item No.P1327 (Philips Micro Theatre)& K0443(Kodac C-180) on 08.07.2010, in lieu of Advance payment for Rs.23698( vide Invoice No. ORA100017753 dated 29.06.2010.Unique No.169083515A100017753 for claiming free gifts as and diamond voucher for Rs.70, 000/- ( No.IB1100930922) against my unique No.as quoted in the subject matter.About 2 months has already been passed till today on 01.09.2010.But Vouchers which was approved on 19.08.2010 not received in my email as spoken with your executive Miss Hina on11.08.2010, 20.08.2010, 24.08.2010, 25.08.2010;Mr Vikram on 23.08.2010, Balkrishna Rao on18.08.2010 and 01.09.2010;Deepak on 27.08.2010 and 31.08.2010;Prashant on 01.09.2010.
    ii)Vide order No.4400341290, booked 22"Samsung LCD Colour TV, by paying Rs.17699/-through HDFC Bank Credit Card, To cancel the order due to domestic reasons beyond control, and it was requested to credit Rs.17699/-against HDFC Credit Card Account immediately.The Order was cancelled on 23.07.2010 But till date Rs.17699 not credited in my account.and every time above executive give misleading information.
    iii)Holiday package for Rs.7000/-order No.440032613 cancelled due to domestic reasons, cancellation order No.594394, but till date Rs.7000/-not credited in my HDFC Credit Card account.executive when contacted give misleading information.
    All the above cases are worst examples of frauds and cheating by executives of India today Group.
    Once again I the undernamed request for immediate action from your end please to avoid further legal action.

    I have placed an order with order no:-998938573 on 17/10/2010 to Bagittoday Team.

    and I have not recieved my ordered item and my free gift till now.
    They never picks the phone they provided.
    I have mailed them also on offers@bagittoday.com and orders@.bagittoday.com.
    But No response till now.
