India Today Book Club -Free Holiday Voucher /Air Ticket
Dear Sir /Madam.
I had booked one Offer of India Today Book Club - offering Free Holiday & Air Ticket Vouher by paying Rs 3199/= which was include Free Holiday & Air Ticket for Couple as per their telephonic booking & conversation by paying Rs 800 in addition to Rs 3199/=. after that we booked their scheme & recieved Voucher after so much of followup.
then they asked me to send Rs 800 as Registration Fee for Holiday & Rs 7000 for Air Ticket Registration which was not told us so i had send Rs 800 DD in the name of Premier Sales Corporation payable at Banglore in March. we mentioned three diffrent location & dates as per thier rules ..
even after paying DD of Rs 800 no reply has come & if I call on their No. 08040554870, it is coming engaged even if i hold for more than a hour.
kindly pls suggest me what to do?

Dear Sir,
as per disscussion & holiday voucher recieved, i had sent a DD of Rs 800 on 25/3/2010 on the name of Premier Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd,( DD No. 22163 Bank -Axis Bank,Borivali West) . you have specified the time gap of 45 days so i had mentioned in the voucheer as follows.
1) Corbett - 15th June 2010
2) M****i - 15th May 2010.
3) Shimla - 5th May 2010.
now there is almost 2 months to send voucher & no reply has been come till now.
this is again a very bad response on your part.
kindly pls check & revert me asap.

The Holiday voucher is valid for 2 Adults & 1 Child below 5 years of age. The flight voucher is valid for only 1 Adult.

With regards to the holiday voucher, the booking fee is Rs 800/- and not Rs 899/- (printing error).
As far as Flight voucher is concerned, an amount of Rs 7000/- is collected towards surcharges and taxes. Since we do not know the sector that you would be choosing for travel, we have fixed an average amount of Rs 7000/- towards taxes & surcharges. However, at the time of booking, if the taxes & surcharges are found less, then the balance will be reimbursed and if found more, the difference would be collected. In short, you would be paying for the actual taxes, the basic fare upto Rs 7000/- is free.
