I am Lokesh Kumar gautam from Khurda Orrisa.
My complained against India Today Books Club Delhi. Actually I have been booking one order for Reebok Shoe on 04th may 2010 with booking Id no.7770012586.
I have done also payment for same Rs.1598/- though HDFC bank Credit card on same day and party also received same amount successfully. But I have never got any material against this payment.
I am always in touch with above company regarding my shoe supply and demanding to deliver my consignment through email or phone. Always this company making a false commitment with me like that “your address is deleted in our system please update/you will get within ten day/your order not punch in our system we will do immediate and you will get within 14 day/ we are forwarding your companied with concern department etc.”
