I received my order on 5th Dec'2011 and on same day I logged a compliant, that order which I received is not in good condition and it is damaged. Customer care officer told me that he make required arrangements with in 48 hours, but till today it is not been picked up, I keep on calling your customer care people but when every I call them I get same reply that person will come and pick up the damage order within next 48 hours.
Please guide me and tell me what you want me to do. I already called your customer care almost for 25 times till now.
