I placed an order on Indiatimes Shopping on 18th Dec 2011 for a mobile phone. I paid using my credit card - payment was verified and was successful. The shipping was to be done within 10 days. I kept following up with sales support but till date the item has not been shipped. The status on the website says "To Be Shipped".

I also created a complaint request case with them; I was told that the complaints dept will call me in an hour but noby has called me in the last 5 days.
