damage product delivered Order No. 113476490 and Complain No.38001
We had purchased Inalsa Icon - Juicer Mixer Grinder online with Indiatimes shopping on 21 Nov 2011> we got the delivery on 04 Dec 2011 but it was not that product which we had asked for more over it was not working. We took it to the Inalsa service center in Bangalore and they said it is broken from inside and cannot be repaired because they dont have the new body / you can ask your dealer to exchange it.
We called India Times online call center (9900238888) they gave the dealer's number 9582934702 contact person Ms. Yogitha she asked us to talk to wait and have it collected and replaced. We waited for 15 days and they didnt collected after that we called India Times and they gave a complaint number 38001. After 4 Days we got a call from service center and took the product and they said the same thing. As per telecon with indiatimes call center they said they will send us the replacement kit and after 1 week we only called the reverse pickup courier ARAMEX Courier (Bill number 6197682934) sent on 29 Dec 2011. On 2 Jan we check the delivery status of courier was showing Consignee refused to take the delivery. Call center's people said to wait for 24hrs and also requested us to send the email to Customer care and Manager Mr. Amit Sharma, still there is no reply from their side. Today (06Jan) also we called the call center they said they have already send the old product (which was not working) saying that you have 24 months company manufacture warrantee you can avail the same from the Brand service center.
