I had ordered and paid for 2GB desktop Ram on 1st May 2010, Order No 112333105. Immediately I came to know that I have made a mistake by ordering desktop Ram instead of Laptop Ram. I immediately contacted Indiatimes helpline to ask about cancellation of order. They did not give me correct oinformation. I checked in the FAQ and found that I can cancell my order within 24 Hours of placing and sent a mail within 12 hours of order. Till date it is 27 days and the people are not ready to refund the money. I have written several mails to them but to every mail get a reply to wait for 5-6 days. I think I am robbed by these fraudsters. Hope you will at least spread the word in people not to use this website for online shopping.

I agree this is a fraud website and should be banned. Not sure how to register a complaint against this 420s.
