Online shopping website. I ordered a phone, made the payment. They accepted the payment and promised delivery within 6-8 working days. Now, after 14 working days there is no still update on the status of the shipment. Every time I call their call centre, which is in Ahmedabad, they say they'll call back in one hour but no one calls back.
