I purchased 1 track pant (Pants-AAA00002255 xxl) online from infibeam.com on 18-12-2011.

and paid online through net banking . Rs 425.00 were debited from my icicibank A/c.

10 19/12/2011 BIL/276777147/C.C. AVENUES/INFIBEAM.C DR INR 425.00

after 5 days I receive a phone call from infibeam that they do not have xxl size in their stock.so they will credit the amount 425.00 back to my bank A/c.in 3 to 4 days.

But unfortunately till date have not received any amount from them. in spite of several complaints.

They say that they do not have any record of my order.

Is infibeam.com a fraud company ?
