Dear sir

I had booked 4 tickets for the IPL Semifinal match1 and semifinal match 2 to be played at
Bangalore on .It was booked thro Ticket genie online. .Rs 2000/-was deducted from my credit card .Due to unforeseen
circumstances ,matches were shifted to Mumbai .I had sent my request for refund may be 10 times to info@ticketgenie.in
and
operations@ticketgenie and this is the one writing again frustrated with mental agony for the
refund.My transaction confirmation numberare 373184:100922,100923, 100924, 100925, .

Till date I've
not received my refunds. Any and all attempts to contact TicketGenie are fruitless. There is no repsonse on their
contact nos. 08042579821 or their customer support no. 080-23611940. There is no response to e-mails sent to
info@ticketgenie.in and operation@ticketgenie.in

There are no known contact points of Ticketgenie in bangalore where one could speak to a human being to
understand the game plan.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get these refund.
