    Default JustDial Virus : Sits in your bank account and eats it! Just Dial Stealing money

    This is my second complaint (and just second in my life) in the same month against a same company "JustDial Pvt Ltd". I bought the business leads service of JustDial for me and a relative of mine (in Car Rental Business) on a same day in January 2010.

    My contract with JustDial proved to be disastrous (With NOT EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE BUSINESS TILL DATE), JustDial has just robbed me of my money!)

    In the case of my relative's car rental business' JustDial contract. JustDial IS STEALING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!

    This contact was initiated on Feb 22, 2010.

    JustDial representatives Ms Swati Sing (Ph: 9953274540) and Mr Sahil (Ph: 9717396721) told me:

    1. The first ECS deduction from my bank account will be done only after the consumption of 3 month's advance to which Mr Sahil collected a cheque from me.
    2. I can stop the service any time by calling JustDial Customer Support and the ECS will be stopped immediately.


    I found found out that JustDial (their sms and calls) were CORE CRAP. They are not giving any service, JustDial is only harassing with 100% crap SMSs and phone calls!



    • I came to know that JustDial is deducting ECS from the very first month of the contract, the customer support representatives told me that 3 months advance was security amount and so the deduction had to be dine from first month!
    • They told me that stopping ECS will take 40 days and I will have to request through an email.


    I requested ECS to be stopped through an email on May 9, 2010 and received a confirmation of receipt on May 10, 2010.

    After all the harassment described above JUST DIAL HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST!!!

    Now, all this month I have been requesting and even warning them that my phone number is registered under DND and they should harassing me by stopping their crap SMSs and refund my money that they have stolen from my account but THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN!!!

    The only sentence they say is; "Sorry for the inconvenience sir, refund is impossible. Service will be provided against all ECS!" Their service is nothing but harassment.

    THE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE EMAILS ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH WITH DATES ON THEM. Can consumer court save me from these robbers? Can I be helped here because they Just DO NOT LISTEN....PLS HELP, I do not want their SMSs anymore!

    Dear Mr. M. Siddiqui.

    With reference to your above mentioned comment, We would like to inform you that you had consiously signed a contract with Just Dial Services and agreed to deduct payment through ECS for which we have intimated you about deduction of your ECS within next 25-30 days through SMS & e-mail and hence there is no question of giving any wrong commitment about ECS deduction.

    And as checked your contract was activated on 13th March'10 and since then we have given you approx. 900 leads in 180 days on an evg. 5 leads per day.

    And as you mentioned that your number is under DND, so here we would like to inform you that we got this number from you only to take the calls/leads on the given number. Also, as per the mail trail attachment given by you, there are no such mails confirming the ECS stoppage.

    Please refrain from putting such irrelevant and unauthenticated comment.

    Further, as per our telephonic discussion held today that you don't want any sms from Just Dial, we have stopped your services and sent a request to stop further ECS deduction.

    There are certainly WRONG COMMITMENTS and do not take good for you clauses out of sentences. Take the full sentence and understand what is written here.

    Yes, you must have provided me 900 SMSs and THIS IS ACTUALLY THE VOLUME OF TORTURE YOU HAVE GIVEN ME.

    YOU have been giving me FAKE CALLS, YOUR OWN STAFF MAKES THESE FAKE CALLS and hence WE HAVE NEVER GOT A SINGLE PERSON WHO WAS INTERESTED AND HIRED OUR SERVICE.

    Yes my number is under DND and yes I given you my number BUT I ALSO CANCELED THE SERVICES ON MAY 09, 2010. So the SMSs you are sending me now are spamming me!

    You are saying that there was no indication of the stoppage of servivce in May month but there was no indication and no information of non-stoppage as well? However the receipt is there which (if you have eyes and if you can see) tells that my mail was received and promises of an action to be taken.

    So, do you want to say that not giving me proper response on my email (which is again a serious issue) authorizes you to STEAL MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT???


    MY COMMENTS ARE 100% RELEVANT AND AUTHENTIC
    . As per my request today you have stopped the SMSs but will not return the STOLEN MONEY, you crooks.

    In my words what you are practicing is HARAAM! You will certainly be punished by God and you will be destroyed completely!!!

    SORRY, No issues have been resolved, How can you say this, you have never answered my questions nor given me any resolution.

    When I already requested for the cancellation of the service and to stop the ECS on May 9, 2010 why have you taken money from my bank account in August?

    You are now telling me that you did not confirm that the ECS was stopped, my question is WHY?

    Lets say it could not be for some reason; were you not suppose to inform me that the ECS was or could not be stopped?

    The email that I received in response to my ESC and service stoppage request reads as follows: Dated May 10, 2010

    Now, if you do not revert on this email, will that be my fault? In fact not responding to customers on their query/ request (and specially the kind of request I had) is a serious issue, isn't is?

    How 'not responding to my request authorizes you to debit my bank account while I very strictly expressed my unwillingness to carry on your services?

    My cancellation request reads as follows: Dated May 9, 2010

    Hello,

    This is a request email to discontinue and close our contract. We do not want to pay any more so please do this on immediate basis and do not debit any more money from our bank account now.

    We took it as a trial for our business and we were told that the first payment from our bank account would be taken only after the consumption of the advance money which was for three months. But we have noticed that Just Dial is deducting money from the very first month.

    We have taken a trial and we have found that it does not worth it! Please take it on urgent basis NO MORE DEBITS FROM OUR ACCOUNT

    WHY COULDN'T YOU INFORM THAT MY ECS WAS / COULD NOT BE STOPPED??? This all proves that you have STOLEN my money!!!

    Not keeping say your a reputed company will make your company a reputed company. You need to be fair and justify what you say.

    I will again request that you should ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE AND REFUND MY MONEY.

    The above complaints are true,because I am also one of the victim of JUSTDIAL SERVICE which is 100% true.Even I was told that my business will grow taking such service but I have no single leads converted.And after requesting for discontinue of Contract Justdial executive replied me to mail with full details of issue at kolkata@justdial.com and they will revert back but It took one month to revert back after calling them again.In the mean time they deducted two ECS.

    Now when they replied to my mail it says:

    "To
    Mr Sardar.

    Myshatech.

    Dear Sir,

    This mail is in regards to the below mentioned mail & in connection to the annual combo package contract of Rs 28000 which you have selected to pay in an ecs mode & this is as per the contract page & the mandate details which was duly signed by you.

    As the contract is an annual contract , we will render all the services committed to you through the contract page for one whole year from its activation date.However, as per the contract signed by you , we will not be able to hamper the tenure of the contract before the stated contract period, but we will always provide services to you for enhancing your business profoundly.We have also forwarded you the company profile page , so that you can verify if there is any modifications which can be further done from our end in your contract. Hence we will be unable to discontinue the ecs before the initial 9 ecs payment , kindly revert back once the 9 ecs is completely transacted , so that we can proceed with the needful.We do look forward to a fruitful professional relationship with your company.

    They now telling about the contract but their executive said the process of ECS stopping takes minimum 21 days.
    These people are just cheating everyone nothing else.

    Dear Sir/Mam,



    I am also running the business of property with the name of Nitin Bansal Properties. The complaints I read on this website are true and the same is happening with me. I hired the just Dial services for my Property Business. I get SMS every day from just dial but the moment I contact the party the same comes out to be fraud. I also tell their agent Mr. Gagandeep Singh at the time of hiring the services that I don want ECS service but, if I get good response I will pay cheque every month. But when I checked my account I found that they have deducted the ECS without even informing me. I had a talk with Mr. Rinku yadav and he said if u want stop the ecs service then u can send the e-mail at delhi@justdial.com asking them to deactivate the ECS services permanently, I e-mail the same from my account and I receive the e-mail that the services cannot be cancelled due to one year contract. I have not hired the contract for one year but for two months that to on trial basis, but after my several e-mail they deducted my ECS, now I am mailing them everyday regarding cancellation of my contract permanently but they are not showing any interest.
    The SMS that I get from their company regarding clients looking for property in Delhi also turns out to be fraud.
    I also sent them an e-mail in which I said that if you do not stop the ECS services then a Legal Action into the matter shall be taken, even then they don't bother to give me proper reply.
    Please help me and save me from these frauds(just Dial)

    Ya , i agree with the above comments , and its happen to me now .I send a request to stop my ECS on 15th dec 11, but they stolen my money 4411- from my account 12 th feb 2012 without any proper reply and without any information, now they refused to return back money,

    shit.who going to stop this .
