i recently ordered a T-shirt from KOOVS.COM whose details are:

Product : Domyos Sportee Tshirt Price : Rs. 149
Date : 21-01-2012
Qty : 01

i Also used a promo code 0yU6kytD which made the payment to rs 99,
i successfully made a transaction and rs.99 was debited from my BOI account.

but when i returned back to my koovs account,there was no history or details of my purchase.

i also sent a mail to koovs.com but there was no reply....

please check and do reply to this mail and if possible either ship my ordered product or refund my paid amount.
