i had placed an order on 16 jan 2012. Order ID 442610. The shipping status said shipped on 17 january. but the shipping site first flight did not show any updates as far as the product was concerned. When called first flight, they said that they did not receive the product from koovs.com.

Thereafter, when ever i called they kept on giving me deadlines but the product never arrived. Finally i cancelled the order thrice but the cancellation status is yet not obtained even after waiting for four days since the cancellation.

I have also been cheated, atleast they have given a shipping status to you. But for me, they have done nothing.

KOOVS ARE THE WORST PORTAL and COMMITING FRAUD and Utterly, CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.

KINDLY ADVICE OTHERS TO NOT GET CHEATED.
